We develop novel statistical methodologies and computational tools for unraveling the genetic, molecular, and cellular mechanisms underlying complex human traits and diseases.
We apply these methods to understand the role of genetic variation in the diversity of changes observed in gene expression under different contexts, e.g. age, sex, tissues, cell types, drugs, and environmental perturbations.
